Job Description
Lead the Team. Drive Results. Eternity Systems/MTNA, Inc. is looking for an experienced Operations Lead to oversee production activities on our first shift. This hands-on leadership role is responsible for motivating employees, ensuring safety and quality standards are met, and helping the team achieve daily production goals in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. If you're a proactive leader who thrives on developing people, solving problems, and leading by example, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Do Lead and support production employees throughout the shift. Promote a culture of safety by ensuring compliance with PPE, GMP, OSHA, and company policies. Monitor productivity, quality, and production performance to meet daily goals. Assist in multiple production areas as business needs require. Conduct safety and quality inspections and address issues promptly. Complete production documentation, attendance records, and quality reporting. Communicate effectively with supervisors and other departments. Maintain organized work areas using 5S principles and support continuous improvement initiatives. Lead by example while fostering teamwork, accountability, and employee engagement. Qualifications Previous leadership or lead experience in manufacturing, warehouse, food production, or an industrial environment preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills. Ability to motivate and develop a diverse team. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. Comfortable making decisions in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook; Microsoft Excel experience is a plus. Knowledge of GMP, OSHA, food safety, or quality systems preferred. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including overtime before and after the scheduled shift as needed. Prior production or manufacturing experience required.
