Position Summary:

The NOC Shift Supervisor for Assisted Living and Memory Care is responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality resident care and services during the overnight shift. This role ensures compliance with community policies, promotes resident well-being, supervises care staff, and fosters a supportive environment for both residents and team members.

Key Responsibilities:

Resident Care Oversight Monitor the health, safety, and well-being of residents during the NOC shift. Ensure care plans are followed and updated in coordination with clinical leadership. Respond to and resolve resident care concerns and emergencies. Conduct regular rounds to assess resident status and staff performance. Staff Supervision Lead, support, and supervise care staff, including caregivers and med techs. Assign duties and monitor performance to ensure compassionate, efficient care. Provide coaching, guidance, and on-the-spot training as needed. Ensure accurate and timely documentation of care services provided. Communication & Documentation Communicate effectively with day and night shift teams to ensure continuity of care. Document incidents, changes in condition, and any relevant resident updates. Maintain communication with family members, physicians, and other care partners when appropriate. Regulatory & Policy Compliance Uphold all community policies and procedures, as well as state and federal regulations. Participate in audits and ensure proper charting and medication administration compliance. Monitor and promote infection control and safety practices. Team Leadership Act as the on-site point of contact for escalated concerns during the PM shift. Promote teamwork, professionalism, and a positive work environment. Assist with onboarding and training new PM shift staff.

Qualifications:

Required:

High school diploma or

GED Preferred:

1-2 years of supervisory experience in a senior living or long-term care setting. Knowledge of memory care best practices and dementia care techniques. CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain). Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Compassionate, patient, and resident-focused.

Working Conditions:

Evening shift, weekends and holidays as needed. 8 Hour Shift Frequent standing, walking, and ability to assist with resident care tasks.

$20.00 - $21.00 per hour
