Must thrive in a fast-paced environment and familiar with KPI management. Education Bachelor's degree a plus Qualifications Minimum of 5 years Casthouse/Foundry experience. Must have computer skills - Microsoft Office; Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access; Experience with Internet use, and a general understanding of computers. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, blueprints, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence and able to speak effectively to large groups, internal customers, management, or employees within the organization. Qualified in Identifying diverse alloys and hardening elements Ability to solve technical practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form Understands, or exposure and training in lean manufacturing a plus Good interpersonal skills, ability to supervise a team of 25 or more employees The annual base salary range for this position is $85,000 - $98,000. If you are hired, your annual base pay will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience.
