In this role, you will oversee daily bar operations, manage staff, maintain high standards of service, and ensure compliance with food safety and alcohol regulations. Your leadership will drive efficiency, foster a positive team environment, and uphold the quality that our guests expect. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate all aspects of bar service, including food and beverage preparation, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards are met Oversee inventory control, including ordering supplies, managing stock levels, and minimizing waste to optimize profitability Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate cash handling, order processing, and sales reconciliation Train and mentor staff on food preparation techniques, customer service excellence, safety procedures, and POS usage Manage shift schedules, assign duties, and monitor team performance to ensure smooth daily operations Enforce food safety standards and responsible alcohol service policies in compliance with local regulations Assist with kitchen management tasks related to food production, ensuring consistency in culinary presentation and quality Conduct staff interviews, participate in hiring decisions, and support ongoing training & development initiatives Handle customer inquiries or complaints promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels Support restaurant management in budgeting, profit & loss analysis, and overall food service management strategies Experience Proven supervisory or managerial experience within the food industry or hospitality management environment Extensive background in food preparation, cooking, and food handling in casual dining or fine dining settings Demonstrated proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for sales processing and inventory tracking Experience managing kitchen operations, food safety protocols, and food production processes Strong team management skills with the ability to lead training sessions and develop staff talent Prior experience in managing hospitality teams within fast-paced restaurant or bar environments Knowledge of budgeting practices, profit & loss analysis, and cost control measures in a restaurant setting Excellent communication skills for managerial tasks such as interviewing, staff training, and customer interactions Join us as a Bar Supervisor where your leadership will energize our team while delivering memorable experiences for our guests.
