Duties Supervise and coordinate all kitchen activities during the closing shift, ensuring efficient food production and quality standards are met. Lead food preparation, cooking, and plating processes to deliver exceptional dining experiences aligned with brand standards. Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and transaction accuracy. Oversee inventory control by monitoring stock levels, conducting regular stock counts, and coordinating with suppliers for timely replenishments. Train and mentor staff on food safety practices, proper food handling, sanitation procedures, and customer service excellence. Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas during closing procedures. Analyze profit and loss data to identify opportunities for cost savings and operational improvements while managing budgets effectively. Qualifications Proven experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments with a strong background in food preparation and kitchen management. Demonstrated supervisory or team leadership experience within a hospitality or restaurant setting. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; cash handling experience is essential. Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation procedures, and food handling regulations. Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for inventory management and cash transactions. Excellent communication skills to lead staff training sessions, conduct interviews, and coordinate team efforts effectively. Previous experience in managing hospitality teams, including catering or banquet operations, is a plus.
