• Thursday) Our client in Windsor, WI is seeking an experienced 3rd Shift Production Supervisor to lead manufacturing operations in a fast-paced production environment.

This position is responsible for overseeing shift activities, driving productivity, maintaining quality standards, promoting workplace safety, and supporting employee development.

Supervisor Responsibilities:

• Lead and support production employees on assigned shift
• Ensure production, quality, and safety goals are achieved
• Troubleshoot equipment and production issues
• Coordinate staffing, training, and workflow priorities
• Maintain production records and shift documentation
• Promote continuous improvement and adherence to company policies Requirements for

Supervisor:

• Previous manufacturing leadership or supervisory experience
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read production specifications and use quality measurement tools
• Forklift experience and knowledge of lockout/tagout procedures preferred
