Job Description

Job Summary The Marco's Pizza Manager is responsible for overseeing the shift, and store in its entirety. These responsibilities may include but are not limited to: managing the crew, customer satisfaction, delegation, ability to count inventory, manage shift labor, count deposits, and review numbers at the end of the night. Managers are also responsible for making prep lists, doing food prep, dough, and de-escalating situations with both customers and staff and can report to AGM, GM, or Regional for any situations that require higher leadership. Responsibilities Ensure product quality, store, staff, and numbers are being held to the Marco's and/or Franchisee standards Ability to cut, roll, wrap a tray of large dough balls in 2 minutes or less, make a pepperoni pizza in 1 minute or less, cut and box a large Pepperoni Magnifico in 15 seconds or less Down time should consist of delegating tasks, provided in ExpandShare checklists and/or GM checklists, to crew members and working alongside them to see that they are completed (Leading by example) . Ability to know day needs, or follow build to created by the General Manager, to create a product prep list Showing each item to the customer to correct any mistakes before the customer leaves the store Ability to count cash, understand cash over/under Ability to lift 30lbs Counting inventory and understanding food cost variance Understanding of labor and time goals, working with sense of urgency Write up disciplinary action forms for AGM, GM, or Regional to review Requirements Reliable transportation Strong knowledge of inventory and food cost. Basic math skills for handling pricing, andcounting back cash Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with customers and team members Organizational skills to manage team efficiently and accurately We value discipline, reliability, and a strong work ethic
