• Full-time Director of Restaurant Operations | Hospitality Group | Denver, CO An established and growing multi-unit hospitality company is seeking an experienced operational leader to help guide the next chapter of the organization's evolution.

We are looking for a highly engaged, hands-on operator who believes exceptional restaurants are built through leadership, communication, systems, mentorship, accountability, and hospitality. This role requires someone who can bring structure and clarity to a fast-moving organization while remaining deeply connected to the people and culture that drive it. The ideal candidate is both strategic and highly operational — capable of seeing the big picture while working shoulder-to-shoulder with managers and restaurant teams every day. Core Responsibilities:

Leadership & Communication Serve as a key communication bridge between ownership, leadership teams, and restaurant operations Create organizational clarity, accountability, and alignment across departments Lead productive meetings, follow-up systems, and operational communication rhythms Mentor and support restaurant leadership teams Operations & Standards Improve consistency and execution across multiple locations Strengthen SOPs, operational systems, and organizational structure Uphold high standards for food quality, hospitality, cleanliness, and guest experience Work directly with managers and teams to identify operational opportunities and solutions Training & Development Build scalable onboarding and training systems Develop leadership growth pathways throughout the organization Improve operational discipline and team accountability Strategic Leadership Partner with ownership on long-term operational vision and company growth Help prioritize initiatives and ensure strong execution across teams Balance strategic thinking with daily operational involvement Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management or Business preferred. 5-7 years of multi-unit restaurant or hospitality leadership experience required. Bilingual in English & Spanish a plus. Hands-on leader, willing to get involved with each operation. Strong communication and organizational skills. Proven ability to lead teams and manage operational complexity. Highly systems-oriented with excellent follow-through. Comfortable working both strategically and tactically. Passion for hospitality, mentorship, and operational excellence
