We're a locally owned, family-owned Cinnabon franchise looking for a Shift Leader who takes initiative, brings positive energy, and follows through. Your role Lead the shift:

organize tasks, coach teammates, and hold the team to high standards for service, product quality, and cleanliness.

Be a culture ambassador:

Roll, bake, serve, and clean alongside your team. Deliver excellent customer service and consistently great products. Follow opening and closing procedures, operate the POS/register, and handle cash accurately. Keep your manager informed and ask for help when needed. Fun team. High standards. We care about doing things well—even when we're busy. That means showing up on time, following recipes and food-safety procedures, keeping the bakery clean, and treating people respectfully. As a Shift Leader, you'll set the example, give clear direction, and address missed expectations kindly and directly. You should be comfortable receiving feedback, too. What we're looking for Dependable, motivated, and willing to learn. Flexible and ready to jump in and help wherever and whenever the team needs support. Restaurant or retail leadership experience preferred; leadership experience in other settings counts, too. At least 17 years old. Able to stand and move throughout the shift and lift 40 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation. Sound like you?
