If you are sharp, the kitchen stays sharp. This role is equal parts cook, coach, problem solver, and pace setter. You'll help lead service, protect standards, support the team, and make sure every guest receives something worth coming back for. Great mornings don't happen by accident. QualificationsRequired 2+ years of food service leadership experience ServSafe Manager Certification or ability to obtain within 60 days Strong communication and organizational skills Availability for mornings, weekends, and occasional events Preferred Food truck or fast-casual experience Experience with scheduling, inventory, and food cost management Experience coaching and developing employees Compensation & Benefits $18-$22/hour depending on experience Team tip share included Performance bonus opportunities Free shift meals Leadership growth opportunities as LiL Richards grows Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to lift up to 40 lbs Comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen environment Comfortable moving between leadership and hands-on responsibilities throughout the shift One Final Question Tell us about a time you cared more about quality than the people around you did.
