Flexible schedule We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Kitchen Assistant to join our team at a busy and welcoming childcare center. This part-time position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a structured environment and takes pride in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen.

Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM Responsibilities include: Preparing daily snacks that include at least two food groups per serving Washing dishes and maintaining cleanliness of all kitchen surfaces and equipment Organizing and putting away food deliveries and inventory Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards at all times

Qualifications:

Current ServSafe Certification (required) Willingness to obtain CPR and First Aid Certification (employer will provide training) Ability to pass a comprehensive background check Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Prior experience in a kitchen or food service setting We offer a supportive work environment and value individuals who are dependable, proactive, and committed to creating a safe and healthy space for children.
