About Us Bradenton Country Club is a premier private club offering exceptional service, amenities, and a welcoming environment for members and guests. We pride ourselves on providing a high standard of service and are looking for an experienced FOH Team Lead to join our team. Dining Room & Banquets Head Server | Manager on Duty We are seeking an experienced, energetic, and hospitality-driven Front of House Team Lead to join our Food & Beverage team at a private, members-only country club . This is more than a traditional restaurant environment. Our members expect a high level of personalized, professional, and attentive service, and we are looking for a leader who understands the importance of building relationships, anticipating member needs, and creating an exceptional experience every time they visit the club. The Front of House Team Lead will take a hands-on leadership role as the head server for the dining room and banquets, while also serving as the Manager on Duty (MOD) when the Food & Beverage Manager is not on property. The ideal candidate is a confident hospitality professional who can lead by example, maintain high service standards, and make sound decisions independently while representing the club and its management team. Key Responsibilities Dining Room & Member Services Oversee daily dining room operations and ensure smooth, efficient, and professional service. Lead and support servers, bartenders, and other front-of-house staff. Deliver a consistently exceptional experience for club members and their guests. Develop positive relationships with members and become familiar with their names, preferences and expectations. Anticipate member needs and encourage the team to provide personalized service. Maintain high standards for service, cleanliness, appearance, and professionalism. Monitor service flow, table assignments, staffing levels, and member satisfaction. Address member concerns professionally and provide appropriate service recovery. Lead pre-shift meetings and communicate daily priorities, specials, events, and operational updates. Banquet & Event Operations Oversee front-of-house execution for club banquets, private events, weddings, meetings, and special functions. Coordinate with culinary, golf, and other club departments to ensure successful events. Ensure proper setup, service, breakdown, and presentation standards. Lead banquet service staff during events and ensure timelines and service expectations are met. Serve as a visible point of contact for members and guests throughout events. Manager on Duty Serve as the Manager on Duty when the Food & Beverage Manager is not present . Take responsibility for overall club F&B floor operations during assigned shifts. Provide leadership and direction to the front-of-house team. Make appropriate operational decisions and delegate responsibilities. Handle member and guest concerns requiring management attention. Monitor staff performance, attendance, appearance, and adherence to club standards and policies. Communicate important operational issues and shift information to management. Assist with opening and closing procedures and other management responsibilities as assigned. Respond appropriately to emergencies, incidents, and unexpected operational challenges. What We're Looking For Previous leadership experience in a private club, country club, upscale restaurant, hotel, resort, or similar hospitality environment . Strong understanding of dining room and banquet operations. Exceptional guest and member service skills. Professional, polished, and personable demeanor. Ability to build genuine relationships with members and their guests. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Ability to confidently lead a team in a fast-paced environment. Sound judgment and the ability to make decisions independently. Ability to handle confidential or sensitive member matters with discretion. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events as needed.
