This position supervises service staff, coordinates dining room or service area activities, and ensures all guests are greeted and served in a professional and timely manner. The FOH Supervisor monitors cleanliness, organization, and presentation of all front-of-house areas while ensuring compliance with food safety, sanitation, and operational standards. Additional responsibilities include training and supporting front-line staff, assisting with scheduling and shift coverage, handling guest concerns or service issues, and communicating effectively with the culinary and management teams to ensure smooth service execution. The role also supports inventory needs for service areas, enforces company policies, and helps maintain a high standard of hospitality and professionalism. This position requires strong leadership, communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
