We are hiring both Shift Leaders and Crew Members for our location. Shift Leader Responsibilities Support the management team in running daily restaurant operations Coach and lead team members to deliver an amazing customer experience Ensure high-quality food preparation and the Jersey Mike's experience Handle cash responsibly and follow all company policies and procedures Open and close the restaurant; serve as a key holder Manage and lead a crew of 2-5 team members Complete bread baking, food prep, slicing, cleaning, and sanitation tasks Train and develop team members for career growth Participate in local and national marketing initiatives and help build sales Communicate effectively with the GM, AGM, and DM Lead by example through professionalism, accountability, integrity, urgency, and a clean, fitted uniform Crew Member Responsibilities Prepare high-quality food consistent with Jersey Mike's standards Provide friendly, fast, and exceptional customer service Maintain a noticeably clean and sanitary restaurant Assist with food prep, bread baking, slicing, stocking, cleaning, and other daily tasks Work effectively in a fast-paced, team-driven environment Multitask while maintaining a sense of urgency Follow training, policies, procedures, and food-safety standards Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred QSR or restaurant experience preferred; experience is a plus but not required for Crew Members Must be at least 18 years old to operate the slicer Food Handler / ServSafe certification preferred or willingness to obtain Reliable transportation Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and communicate effectively Ability to lift or move up to 50 lbs. without assistance, with reasonable accommodations provided as required by law Shift Leaders should be available to work approximately 30 hours per week If you are dependable, customer-focused, and ready to grow with a great team, apply today!
