Position Summary:
We are seeking an energetic, service-driven Team Lead to help oversee daily operations at our facility. This role blends hospitality leadership, guest experience management, and activity-based operations. The Team Lead supports the management team by guiding staff, maintaining a positive service culture, and ensuring smooth, efficient shifts. Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day floor operations across the bar, restaurant, and pickleball courts. Serve as the on-duty point of contact for staff Coordinate with employees to maximize guest flow and minimize wait times. Ensure all areas are clean, stocked, and guest-ready throughout the day. Guest Experience Maintain a warm, welcoming environment that aligns with our brand and customer expectations. Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally. Monitor court schedules, assist with check-ins, and ensure games start and end on time. Support special events, leagues, tournaments, and group bookings. Employee Support & Training Provide hands-on coaching and feedback to staff during shifts. Assist with onboarding and training new employees on service standards, safety, and operational procedures. Encourage teamwork, communication, and a positive work culture. Help ensure staff compliance with policies (alcohol service, health code, safety guidelines, etc.). Administrative & Technical Tasks Assist with POS oversight, including discounts, comps, and shift reporting. Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs to management. Help maintain equipment and report maintenance issues (bar, kitchen, courts, nets, ball machines, etc.).
Requirements:
Prior experience in hospitality, bar/restaurant operations, recreation facilities, or customer service leadership. Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, guest-centered environment. Comfortable working evenings, weekends, holidays, and during peak tournament periods.
