As a highly skilled Hourly Shift Coordinator, you will play a vital role in driving sales, profitability, and guest satisfaction while leading a motivated team. Key Responsibilities Support the Restaurant General Manager and Assistant Manager in managing restaurant operations during assigned shifts Lead and motivate Team Members to deliver fast, friendly, and accurate guest service in a clean environment Follow cash control and security procedures including safe counting and cash drawer management Perform daily and weekly inventory inspections and receive inventory truck orders Drive operational results by implementing shift plans and maintaining brand standards Coach and provide feedback to Team Members to enhance team capabilities and restaurant performance Review restaurant results to identify successes and areas for improvement Qualifications At least 18 years old with a High School Diploma or GED (2 years of college preferred) 1-2 years of quick service restaurant experience Strong understanding of guest service principles Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, including long or irregular shifts Serv Safe Certification required Why You Should Apply Work with a dynamic and enthusiastic team in a fast-paced, rewarding environment Develop leadership and operational skills that will advance your career Be part of a globally recognized brand known for quality and family-friendly dining
