Champion the guest experience:
Develop and execute innovative service strategies that elevate guest satisfaction, increase loyalty, and support Hilton's commitment to delivering exceptional hospitality.Drive business performance:
Partner with outlet leaders to achieve revenue, profitability, labor, and guest satisfaction goals while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and operational efficiency.Maximize revenue opportunities:
Develop and execute strategic food and beverage promotions, marketing initiatives, and outlet programming to drive revenue growth and enhance the guest experience.Build and develop high-performing teams:
Recruit, coach, mentor, and inspire leaders and team members while fostering a culture of engagement, recognition, accountability, and professional growth.Lead through collaboration:
Partner closely with Culinary, Hotel Operations, Human Resources, Sales, and Marketing teams to deliver seamless experiences and achieve organizational goals.Maintain financial stewardship:
Monitor financial performance, analyze operating metrics, manage budgets, and implement strategies that maximize profitability while maintaining exceptional service standards.Support positive labor relations:
Foster positive relationships with team members and, where applicable, union representatives. Ensure compliance with collective bargaining agreements and company policies. Union hotel experience is strongly preferred.Ensure regulatory and safety compliance:
Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, including food safety, sanitation, workplace safety, and alcohol awareness standards. What We're Looking For Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive Food & Beverage leadership experience , including multi-unit or multi-outlet management within a hotel, resort, or hospitality environment. Proven success leading restaurant operations with responsibility for financial performance, guest satisfaction, and team member engagement. Strong business acumen with experience managing budgets, forecasting, labor productivity, inventory controls, cost management, and revenue generation. Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and inspire leaders and teams in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. Excellent communication, coaching, conflict resolution, and relationship-building skills. Experience driving guest satisfaction initiatives and achieving service excellence metrics. Ability to analyze operational data and implement strategic solutions that improve business performance. Experience managing change, leading through organizational growth, and fostering a culture of accountability and inclusion. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hospitality management systems. Union hotel experience preferred. Full-service hotel, resort, or Hilton brand experience strongly preferred. Education Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. Equivalent combination of education and relevant leadership experience will be considered. Food Safety Certification and Alcohol Awareness Certification preferred or required in accordance with local regulations.
