0 Palm Beach, FL Job Details Full-time $25 an hour 14 hours ago Qualifications Customer communication Wine knowledge Full Job Description The Breakfast Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that all guests are well attended and that the service standards are maintained in the dining room. This supervisory position must maintain communication between the dining room and the rest of the restaurant. The position requires strong food and wine knowledge and at least 2 years of service experience in a high volume environment. Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Opening the restaurant thoroughly each morning and having it set up and ready to go for the beginning of service. Taking the lead in service. This includes everything from taking orders, pouring beverages, clearing tables and being involved in every step of service from start to finish. Supervising and coordinating the breakfast team members to provide fast and courteous service to our guests. Ensuring employees understand how to correctly input orders to ensure guest satisfaction and correct pricing. Getting to know our breakfast guests, especially our regulars and anticipating their needs and learning their preferences. Responding to the concerns of guests and ensure guests satisfaction. Guiding, directing, and motivating fellow team members Reporting any issues to the restaurant manager. Ensuring employees are following the standards and guidelines of The Dinex Group and restaurants of Chef Daniel Boulud.
