What You'll Do As a Front of House Supervisor, you'll be responsible for leading daily operations while ensuring every guest receives outstanding service. Leadership Lead by example with a positive, energetic attitude. Coach, develop, and motivate team members to perform at their best. Build a culture of accountability, teamwork, and hospitality. Conduct pre-shift huddles and communicate daily goals. Recognize great performance while addressing opportunities for improvement. Guest Experience Deliver exceptional hospitality and create memorable guest experiences. Resolve guest concerns professionally and confidently. Ensure every guest is greeted promptly and thanked sincerely. Maintain high standards of cleanliness, appearance, and professionalism. Sales & Upselling Coach team members on suggestive selling techniques. Increase beverage, appetizer, dessert, and featured item sales. Drive check averages while enhancing the guest experience. Promote daily specials and seasonal offerings. Food Safety & Quality Maintain the highest food safety and sanitation standards. Ensure compliance with health department regulations. Verify food quality, presentation, and speed of service. Follow all HACCP and company food safety procedures. Operations Assist with opening and closing responsibilities. Monitor labor and productivity throughout each shift. Ensure accurate cash handling and POS procedures. Support inventory controls and minimize waste. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. What We're Looking For Previous restaurant leadership or supervisory experience preferred. Strong food and beverage knowledge. Excellent communication and coaching skills. Ability to lead with confidence while building positive relationships. Passion for hospitality and guest service. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
