Kitchen Lead - Outcast Pizza | Santa Rosa Beach, FL Not everyone is built to lead a kitchen. We're looking for someone who can run the line, keep the team moving, set the standard, and make sure every pizza leaving the kitchen is something we're proud to put our name on. Outcast Pizza isn't a corporate kitchen. We move fast, play loud, and expect excellence. If you're the type of person who jumps in, leads by example, keeps your cool during a rush, and refuses to let standards slip, we want to meet you. What You'll Do Lead the kitchen team during service Ensure every pizza, calzone, wing, salad, and appetizer is prepared consistently Train and coach kitchen staff Maintain food quality, cleanliness, and organization Help manage prep, inventory, and product rotation Follow our recipes, ensure consistency and standards Communicate with management to keep operations running smoothly Set the pace and hold your team accountable What We're Looking For 3+ years of high-volume kitchen experience Previous leadership experience preferred (Kitchen Lead, Shift Lead, Sous Chef, or similar) Pizza experience required - we make our own dough, hand stretch and toss, every one.
