Job Description
This position monitors all dispatch functions and ensures smooth operation of the Communications Center. Makes supervisory decisions as needed. Serves as the primary point of contact for interagency coordination. Monitors and assists with training when needed. Reports directly to Assistant Director of Operations and provides suggestions to improve operations. Directly manages Assistant Shift Supervisor and all Communications Officers on the floor. Ensures shift is properly manned and employees report to duty as assigned. Makes supervisory decisions with regards to shift operations as necessary. Issues appropriate discipline (verbal or documented) to employees as necessary. Monitors
