$17 to $21/hr, based on experience

Full-time or part-time. Sundays off, every week.

3800 Ehrlich Rd, Tampa, FL About the role We're a high-volume Chick-fil-A in Carrollwood, and we're looking for leaders who want to grow. As a Shift Leader, you'll run the floor during your shift: setting the pace, coaching the team, and making sure every guest gets a great experience. If you've led a team in retail, food service, the military, or anywhere else, and you want a real path forward, we'd like to meet you. What you'll do Lead a team of 15 to 30 team members through busy shifts, including peak rushes Set positions, manage breaks, and adjust in real time to keep service fast and accurate Coach and develop team members on the floor, with both praise and correction Handle guest concerns calmly and make them right Uphold food safety, cleanliness, and cash handling standards Open or close the restaurant and complete shift paperwork Communicate clearly with other leaders and management between shifts What we're looking for 1+ year of experience leading people (shift lead, supervisor, key holder, team captain, military, or similar) Stays calm and decisive under pressure Holds people to a high standard while treating them with respect Reliable availability, including mornings, closes, and Saturdays Restaurant experience is a plus but not required. We'll train you on our systems.
