Responsibilities Coordinate and supervise banquet event setups, ensuring all food, beverage, and service stations are prepared according to specifications. Lead and motivate a team of servers, bussers, and food runners to deliver seamless service during events. Oversee food handling, food preparation, and beverage service to maintain safety standards and high-quality presentation. Assist with guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive experience for all attendees. Manage banquet operations efficiently by utilizing POS systems for order processing and billing. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures throughout all stages of service. Support catering functions by assisting with event planning details, setup logistics, and breakdown procedures. Experience Proven experience in the food industry with a strong background in banquet or catering services. Culinary experience or knowledge of food preparation techniques is highly desirable. Demonstrated guest services skills with a focus on guest relations and customer satisfaction. Prior experience in fine dining environments or hospitality settings is preferred. Familiarity with beverage service, wine knowledge, and drink service standards is advantageous. Experience operating POS systems and managing food handling safety protocols is essential.
