AMBASSADORS

Our Ambassadors are the heart of the shop. You'll welcome guests, offer samples, scoop incredible ice cream, keep the shop looking great, and help make every visit feel special. We're looking for people who are: Friendly, outgoing, and dependable Comfortable talking with guests Positive team players Excited to learn about Jeni's flavors and products Available for a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

TEAM LEADS

Team Leads help create a great shift for both our guests and our team. In addition to serving customers, Leads help guide Ambassadors, maintain Jeni's standards, support opening and closing procedures, and keep the shop running smoothly.

Ideal Lead candidates have:

Strong leadership and communication skills Restaurant, retail, hospitality, or customer-service experience A dependable and positive attitude The ability to coach and motivate a team Availability for evenings, weekends, and peak business periods
