A Day in the Life The Store Manager is responsible for directing efficient daily operations and overseeing every aspect of the store's success. This role serves as the leader and role model for all Assistant Managers, Shift Leads, and Baristas by demonstrating exceptional customer service, operational excellence, and strong leadership. You'll partner with your leadership team to: Lead and develop an Amazing team through coaching, training, and recognition Ensure baristas receive proper onboarding and ongoing training Maintain appropriate staffing levels through effective scheduling Drive sales, speed of service, and customer satisfaction Manage inventory, product ordering, deposits, and operational standards Foster a positive, energetic, and productive work environment Lead by example while delivering Amazing drinks and Amazing customer experiences Take ownership of the store's appearance, ensuring it is clean, organized, and guest-ready inside and out.
