Westside Pizza is looking for a dependable, hardworking Shift Lead to oversee our evening operations and ensure every guest has a great experience. If you're a natural leader who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to meet you. Responsibilities Lead the closing shift and support the team throughout the evening. Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns professionally. Assign tasks and help maintain an efficient workflow. Prepare pizzas, take orders, Ensure food safety and cleanliness standards are followed. Count drawers, complete end-of-day paperwork, and close the restaurant. Train and motivate team members. Open or close the store when needed. Qualifications Previous restaurant or pizza experience preferred. Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Reliable, punctual, and able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for extended periods.
