OUTLETS SUPERVISOR- FT
Weekend Availability The supervisor will manage the outlet in the absence of the outlet manager, overseeing employee productivity and ensuring smooth operations. Key responsibilities include distributing and returning keys/banks, communicating management updates, addressing staff and guest complaints, enforcing policies, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. The supervisor will monitor service timing, pace seating to prevent staff overload, and provide support where needed. They must also follow company protocols for discounts and ensure side work and cleaning tasks are completed before the end of the shift. Additionally, they will send closing notes to management with shift details.
Minimum qualifications:
Must have 1-year supervisory experience in food & beverage or equivalent, good communication skills, excellent customer service skills, detailed and multi-task oriented. College degree preferred. Must be flexible in scheduling including nights, weekends, & holidays. Must be willing to work manager-on-duty shifts. Tips certification preferred.
