Who You Are:

1-2 Years of Shift Lead Experience 18 years or older Has High School Diploma or GED First and foremost, reliability is the most important. Must be on time to shift and greet customers and monthly members with a smile no matter what. Belong to a team-oriented atmosphere where punctuality and wearing "many hats" may be required daily. Demonstrated ability to maintain integrity and honesty, doing the right thing always.

The Job:

Manage workflow operations of carwash and assist with opening and closing tasks of carwash. Assist with training new hires, consistently mentor current team members, and provide support to staff throughout shifts. Naturally and happily interact with customers through selling single carwashes, wash books, and monthly memberships, wearing a smile. Safely guide on customer vehicles into the tunnel and hand prep the car and tires to provide a Mega Shine prior to sending car through the tunnel. Must be willing and able to be outside in the elements, we are open to our customers year round! Assist Manager with grounds including sweeping, picking up trash, weed pulling, vacuum area maintenance and cleaning, all a part of keeping a clean site. Complete morning maintenance in the carwash tunnel, safely, and effectively, as provided by Manager. Maintain building interior including sweeping or vacuuming, trash removal, dusting, cleaning restrooms, mopping floors, etc. Must be a problem solver, sometimes equipment breaks down briefly or a customer is unhappy with their experience, we always make it right! Weekend shifts required. Evening shifts required (usually until roughly 7:20pm). + Earn Commissions on every monthly membership that you sell!

Pay:
