You'll oversee pm kitchen activities, ensure top-quality food preparation, and manage a talented team dedicated to delivering exceptional dining experiences. Your leadership will drive efficiency, uphold food safety standards, and foster a vibrant, customer-focused environment. Responsibilities Supervise all aspects of kitchen operations during your shift, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation to ensure high standards are met consistently Train and mentor staff on food safety protocols, proper food handling, and customer service excellence to build a cohesive team. Maintain compliance with health regulations and food safety standards through regular inspections and documentation. Lead by example in delivering outstanding customer service while fostering a positive team environment focused on hospitality excellence. Experience Proven experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments with strong knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques. Demonstrated supervisory or assistant management experience within the food industry or hospitality sector. Background in managing inventory control, food safety management, and adhering to health regulations. Experience in fine dining or casual dining settings is highly desirable Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, develop, and motivate hospitality teams effectively. Excellent communication skills suited for managerial roles involving team training, interviewing, and staff development.
