Part-Time Barista - Job Overview We're looking for an experienced, friendly, and reliable Barista to join our team part-time. In this role, you'll craft high-quality coffee and tea beverages, provide warm and attentive customer service, and help maintain a smooth flow in the café. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, smoothies, and other beverages according to recipes and customer preferences. Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and provide exceptional service. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the bar, equipment, and seating areas. Restock supplies such as cups, lids, milk, and syrups during your shift. Follow all food safety standards, health regulations, and store policies. Support teammates as needed to ensure smooth, efficient shifts. Requirements Previous barista experience is required — you should already be comfortable making espresso drinks and working in a café setting. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while staying friendly and focused. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Familiarity with POS systems (Square experience a plus).
