MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK FRIDAY, SATURDAY AND SUNDAY ... 5AM-11

30AM Duties Prepare and serve breakfast items with attention to quality, presentation, and food safety standards Assist in food preparation, including chopping, assembling, and plating dishes efficiently Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen and dining areas following food safety sanitizing procedures Operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively, including ovens, toasters, coffee machines, and POS systems for processing transactions Provide friendly in-person customer service, taking orders and addressing guest inquiries promptly Handle cash transactions accurately while managing weight handling in the workplace for food portions and supplies Support food handling protocols and ensure compliance with food safety management practices throughout your shift Requirements Previous experience in fine dining or restaurant environments is highly preferred Knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary standards Familiarity with operating kitchen equipment and POS systems for order processing Understanding of food safety sanitizing procedures and food handling regulations Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely, including weight handling of supplies and dishes Strong customer service skills with a focus on in-person interactions and hospitality excellence

MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE
