Team Leaders are responsible for our daily operations and are responsible for opening and closing the restaurant. They directly oversee Team Members and are responsible for the team's development and training. Our leaders are in charge of teams as large as 20 people a day, they have increased access to business decisions and data, make meaningful changes to restaurant operations and guest experience, and much much more!
