Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Food and Beverage Supervisor to lead our hospitality team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily food service operations, ensure top-notch customer experiences, and maintain high standards of food safety and quality. Your leadership will drive efficiency, foster team development, and uphold the reputation of our establishment as a premier dining destination. Duties Supervise daily food and beverage service operations across all outlets, including casual dining, catering, and bar services Train, mentor, and manage staff to deliver outstanding customer service while adhering to food safety standards Oversee food preparation, cooking processes, and presentation to ensure consistency and quality Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies, stock rotation, and minimizing waste Utilize POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and sales reconciliation Monitor shift performance, handle customer inquiries or complaints promptly, and resolve issues efficiently Conduct staff interviews, performance evaluations, and coordinate staff scheduling to optimize coverage during peak hours Skills Proven experience in food service management within casual dining or fine dining environments Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, culinary standards, and kitchen management Skilled in POS systems operation (Aloha POS, Micros POS) and cash handling procedures Excellent team management skills with experience in staff training and development Familiarity with inventory control, budgeting, profit & loss analysis, and food safety protocols Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally Effective communication skills suited for managerial roles in hospitality settings Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork and foster a positive work culture Join us to lead a vibrant hospitality team where your expertise will shine! Pay:

$16.00 - $19.00 per hour Expected hours: 30.0 - 40.0 per week
