Responsibilities Supervise daily restaurant operations during assigned shifts, ensuring smooth service flow and adherence to company standards. Oversee food preparation, cooking, and food handling processes to maintain quality and safety standards. Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and transaction accuracy. Control inventory levels by monitoring stock, ordering supplies as needed, and minimizing waste through effective inventory management. Enforce food safety protocols and ensure compliance with health regulations across all kitchen and dining areas. Assist in interviewing, onboarding, and training new staff members to build a strong hospitality team. Handle shift management responsibilities including scheduling, problem resolution, and maintaining a positive work environment. Support kitchen management tasks such as food production coordination, catering setup, banquet service, or bar operations when required. Conduct profit and loss analysis to identify opportunities for operational improvements and cost control. Qualifications Proven experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments with a strong background in food preparation, cooking, and food handling. Prior supervisory or team management experience within the food industry or hospitality sector. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for transactions and inventory control. Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and health regulations. Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead teams effectively and manage conflict constructively. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail. Basic math skills for cash handling, inventory calculations, and profit analysis. Previous experience in restaurant management or culinary roles is highly desirable.
