Job Description
We are looking for the right candidate to effectively operate the late night shifts until closing. Someone who is able to work a flexible schedule (weekends, late nights, and holidays). You are applying for work with a franchisee of Taco Bell, not Taco Bell Corp. or any of its affiliates. If hired, the franchisee will be your only employer. Franchisees are independent business owners who set their own wage and benefit programs that can vary among franchisees. The shift leader position plays a very significant role in the restaurant in support of the Restaurant General Manager.
