SHIFT LEADER Ready to step up and start building your leadership skills? As a Shift Leader, you'll help lead the restaurant team, keep shifts running smoothly, deliver a great guest experience, and learn what it takes to successfully operate a Wingstop restaurant. RESTAURANT SUPERVISOR

Already comfortable taking the lead? Our Restaurant Supervisors work alongside the General Manager and help drive the day-to-day success of the restaurant. You'll take ownership of your shifts by: Leading, coaching, and motivating your team Delivering a guest-first experience Maintaining high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and safety Helping train and develop new Team Members Managing cash-handling procedures and shift responsibilities Supporting inventory, product ordering, and food-cost controls Solving problems and making decisions in a fast-paced environment Helping create a positive culture where people want to work Stepping in to lead restaurant operations when the General Manager isn't present
