00/hour + tips A great close sets up a great tomorrow. We're looking for a dependable, positive Closing Shift Leader who can lead our West Wichita Jamba

+ Auntie Anne's team through the afternoon and evening and make sure we finish every day strong. Our store closes at 9:00 PM Monday-Thursday, 10:00 PM Friday-Saturday, and 8:00 PM Sunday. Closing team members remain after the doors close as needed to complete cleaning, stocking, cash-handling, and other closing responsibilities. This is a hands-on leadership role. You'll serve guests, prepare products from both brands, support your teammates, and take ownership of the quality of the shift and the close. Growth opportunities for dependable leaders who consistently deliver results. What You'll Do Lead by example and maintain urgency, hospitality, and accountability throughout the shift. Prepare smoothies, bowls, pretzels, beverages, and other menu items accurately and efficiently. Provide exceptional guest service across both Jamba and Auntie Anne's. Direct and support closing tasks, including cleaning, stocking, organization, and shift handoff. Help ensure cash-handling, food safety, sanitation, and product-quality standards are followed. Coach teammates and help keep the team productive through the end of the night. Complete closing responsibilities after the store closes so the next day's team is set up for success. What It Takes to Succeed Here 18 years of age or older. Outstanding attendance and punctuality. Reliable transportation. Consistent evening and weekend availability. Ability to work through completion of closing duties. A positive, energetic personality with a passion for customer service. Leadership experience is preferred, but strong candidates with leadership potential are encouraged to apply. Ability to stand for extended periods and regularly lift 30-40 pounds.
