Ensures:

Proper food storage and labeling Temperature logs are completed accurately Inventory & Cost Control Orders food and supplies efficiently Keeps inventory organized and stocked Emergency Preparedness Maintains emergency food and water supplies Follows emergency meal plans Ensures ability to operate during power outages or disasters

Qualifications:

Prior experience in healthcare foodservice preferred One year management experience in a foodservice or healthcare service industry preferred High school diploma or equivalent education Ability to multitask in regard to preparing, serving, and meeting customer needs Demonstrated initiative and desire to promote a teamwork atmosphere

Work Environment:

Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Able to withstand extreme temperatures, hot and cold Able to work long hours, including scheduled evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Able to interact positively with all demographics of people
