What You'll Do As a Mid-Shift Leader, you'll help set the tone and pace of the restaurant during your shift. You'll work alongside the team while also helping make sure operations stay organized, guests are taken care of, and standards are being met.

You'll:

Lead by example and help keep the team focused during busy shifts Provide friendly, energetic service to our guests Prepare smoothies, bowls, pretzels, beverages, and other menu items Help direct workflow and position team members where they're needed Keep workstations clean, organized, stocked, and ready for business Support smooth transitions between opening, mid, and evening teams Follow and reinforce food safety, sanitation, quality, and cash-handling standards Coach teammates and help newer employees develop their skills Support opening operations when scheduled, including being ready to work at 6:00 AM Help create a workplace where people work hard, communicate, and support one another What We're Looking For You don't need years of management experience to get our attention. Strong leadership potential matters just as much.

You should be:

18 years of age or older Dependable with excellent attendance and punctuality Comfortable taking initiative without waiting to be told every next step Friendly and confident when interacting with guests Able to stay productive and positive in a fast-paced environment Willing to coach, communicate, and hold yourself and others accountable Available on weekends Available for some 6:00 AM opening shifts Equipped with reliable transportation Able to stand for extended periods and regularly lift 30-40 pounds Previous restaurant or leadership experience is preferred, but we're willing to develop the right person.
