We're looking for a dependable, upbeat Mid-Shift Leader to help lead our West Wichita Jamba + Auntie Anne's team. This role is primarily focused on mid-shifts, with some 6:00 AM opening availability and weekend availability required. You'll work across both brands, support the team during busy periods, and help maintain the standards that keep the store running smoothly. We can teach our systems, recipes, and products. What matters most is dependability, integrity, leadership potential, and a genuine desire to serve people. Why This Role Works Build leadership experience while staying hands-on with the team. Primarily mid-shift work with some opening opportunities. Work across both Jamba and Auntie Anne's in one fast-paced co-brand location. Real opportunity to grow for team members who are dependable and perform at a high level. What You'll Do Lead by example and help set the pace for the team during your shift. Support opening operations when scheduled, including being ready to begin work at 6:00 AM. Prepare smoothies, bowls, pretzels, beverages, and other menu items accurately and efficiently. Deliver exceptional guest service across both brands. Help direct workflow, maintain stocked and organized workstations, and support smooth shift transitions. Follow and reinforce food quality, food safety, sanitation, and cash-handling standards. Coach and support teammates while maintaining a positive, accountable work environment. What It Takes to Succeed Here 18 years of age or older. Outstanding attendance and punctuality. Reliable transportation. Weekend availability. Some 6:00 AM opening availability. A positive, energetic personality with a passion for customer service. Leadership experience is preferred, but we will consider strong candidates with clear leadership potential. Ability to stand for extended periods and regularly lift 30-40 pounds. This Job Is NOT For You If... You struggle with being on time or frequently call in to work.
