The company is currently hiring a Full time, Food & Beverage Supervisor.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The ability to perform initial and ongoing training of associates Supervising and directing the prompt, efficient and friendly serving of all food and beverage Controlling food and beverage inventory to ensure the smooth operation of the Food and Beverage Working quickly and independently to resolve operational issues when necessary, ensuring proper follow through with appropriate manager(s) Attending BEO meetings and Mangers meeting Overseeing house catering functions, banquets and executing Captain Reports for all banquets Meet and greet clients for every event in banquets Responsible for making the function space visually appealing Supervise events and team members throughout service Responsible for the proper usage and good working order of all equipment, furniture and fixtures in the Banquet and Catering section in the shift assigned. Guide the Banquet Servers in set up of tables and place settings Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer needs are met All other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
Excellent interpersonal and guest service skills Have the ability to make connections with people, motivating and inspiring them to achieve results. Demonstrate strong initiative and self-direction. Ability to work at a fast pace and result orientated. Ability to understand, quickly react and motivate others to adapt to the changing organization.
