Alexandria, LA Full Job Description We are seeking a motivated and dependable Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our hotel restaurant team. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for supervising restaurant operations while actively assisting with food preparation, cooking, cashier duties, and guest service. The ideal candidate will be a strong team leader who can effectively support both our breakfast and supper operations while ensuring excellent customer service and food quality standards. Responsibilities Supervise and support restaurant staff during assigned shifts Lead and assist both breakfast and supper teams Prepare and cook menu items according to established standards Operate cash register and POS system accurately Provide exceptional guest service and resolve customer concerns Train and coach team members as needed Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards Assist with inventory management and stocking Complete opening and closing duties Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Support daily restaurant operations to ensure efficient service Pay $14.00 - $18.00 per hour , based on experience.
