Job Overview The Front of House Floor Supervisor oversees the daily operations of the dining room, bar, and host stations during scheduled shifts. This role acts as a bridge between management, staff, and guests to ensure efficient service, positive team morale, and an exceptional guest experience Responsibilities Supervise front-of-house staff during shifts, ensuring efficient service and team coordination Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns promptly to uphold high service standards Oversee food presentation and service flow, ensuring timely delivery of orders Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing and transactions Conduct staff training on food handling, customer service, POS operation, and safety protocols Assist with inventory control, ordering supplies, and maintaining cleanliness standards Support management in shift planning, staff scheduling, and performance evaluations Requirements Proven experience in quick service or restaurant environments with supervisory responsibilities Strong knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS Experience with food preparation, cooking, and food safety management Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting Supervising or team management experience within the hospitality industry preferred Basic math skills for cash handling, budgeting, and profit/loss analysis Exceptional communication skills for training staff and managing team dynamics Join us to lead a passionate team committed to delivering top-tier hospitality!
