Ōnin Staffing is looking for a Collections Specialist to join a fast-paced team focused on debt recovery. Job Description In this role, you'll make outbound collection calls, work with customers to resolve outstanding balances, and accurately document each interaction. Training is provided on the company's systems, procedures, and collection process.

Responsibilities include:

Make outbound calls regarding outstanding balances Communicate professionally and confidently with customers Work toward resolving outstanding debts Accurately document calls, conversations, and outcomes Enter detailed notes into the company system Follow established collection procedures and guidelines Maintain professionalism and composure during difficult conversations Consistently follow up and make repeated attempts when needed Skills and Experience About the Ideal Candidate This position is a great fit for someone who is confident, persistent, professional, and not easily discouraged.
