This dynamic role combines leadership, customer service excellence, and operational management to ensure a memorable experience for every guest. As a key team member, you will supervise front-of-house staff, manage bar operations, and uphold the highest standards of food safety and hospitality. Your enthusiasm and managerial skills will drive team performance, enhance guest satisfaction, and support the overall success of our venue. Duties Lead and motivate front-of-house staff to deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced setting. Oversee bar operations, including drink preparation, inventory control, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. Manage POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process transactions accurately and efficiently. Supervise food preparation activities related to bar service, ensuring quality standards are met consistently. Handle cash management duties, including cash handling, balancing registers, and reconciling sales at shift end. Train new staff members on food handling, customer service protocols, POS operation, and safety procedures. Monitor inventory levels regularly to prevent shortages or overstocking; place orders as needed. Assist with shift management by coordinating staff schedules, overseeing workflow, and resolving operational issues promptly. Enforce food safety regulations and ensure proper food handling practices are followed at all times. Support management in analyzing profit and loss reports to optimize sales performance and control costs. Skills Proven experience in quick service & fast food restaurant environments with a strong background in food preparation and kitchen management. Extensive knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient transaction processing. Demonstrated leadership skills in supervising teams, conducting staff training, and managing hospitality teams effectively. Strong understanding of food safety management, inventory control, and food production processes. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally. Experience in managing restaurant operations including shift management, budgeting, and profit & loss analysis. Ability to communicate clearly with team members and management; proficient in managerial communication techniques. Basic math skills for cash handling, inventory counting, and financial reporting purposes. Previous experience in fine dining or casual dining settings is highly desirable; banquet or catering experience is a plus. Knowledge of culinary techniques related to bar service such as cocktail mixing or coffee preparation is advantageous.
