The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who can maintain efficient service, support employees, and provide a welcoming experience for guests. Responsibilities Supervise restaurant staff during assigned shifts. Coordinate front-of-house and kitchen activities. Assign tasks and monitor team performance. Support employees during busy service periods. Maintain high standards for customer service and food quality. Handle guest questions and resolve routine service concerns. Assist with opening and closing procedures. Monitor cleanliness, sanitation, and restaurant organization. Support POS and cash-handling procedures when needed. Communicate operational issues and shift updates to management. Help train new employees on restaurant procedures and service standards. Qualifications Previous restaurant, hospitality, or supervisory experience preferred. Strong communication and leadership skills. Able to work effectively in a fast-paced restaurant. Good organizational and problem-solving abilities. Reliable, punctual, and professional. Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and holidays. Spanish/English communication skills are a plus.
