Job Description

Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Floor Manager to lead daily operations in a dynamic food service environment. This role is perfect for someone passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, managing a vibrant team, and ensuring smooth restaurant functions. As a key leader on the floor, you will oversee and expedite food preparation, staff supervision, inventory control, and customer service excellence. Duties Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficient food production and service delivery Lead and motivate staff through effective training, coaching, and development in areas such as food handling, POS systems (Aloha POS, Micros POS), and customer service Oversee food preparation processes, ensuring adherence to safety standards and quality control measures Manage inventory levels, conduct stock checks, and coordinate with suppliers to maintain optimal stock levels Handle cash transactions accurately through POS systems and perform cash handling duties with integrity Monitor shift performance, assign tasks, and ensure timely execution of service routines in casual dining or quick-service environments Conduct staff interviews, assist with hiring decisions, and support onboarding efforts for new team members Qualifications Minimum of 5 years experience in restaurant management or food service management roles with supervising responsibilities Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and food safety protocols Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing and sales tracking Experience in inventory control, budgeting, and cost management within a hospitality setting Excellent leadership skills with the ability to train and develop staff effectively Background in hospitality management or culinary experience preferred, including casual dining or fast-food environments Demonstrated ability to handle cash transactions accurately and manage shift operations efficiently Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence and team collaboration Join us as a Floor Manager and be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering memorable dining experiences.
