Front of House Shift Supervisor Nhau | Downtown Natick, MA $28-$32/hour | Part-Time to Full-Time | Evenings & Weekends Nhau is a new, intimate Vietnamese restaurant and bar opening in downtown Natick. We're looking for a Front of House Shift Supervisor who can lead a team, support service and independently close the restaurant on assigned shifts. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys hospitality and wants meaningful responsibility without the hours or administrative load of a traditional restaurant manager position. What You'll Do Lead the team and keep service running smoothly Work alongside servers, bartenders and support staff Coordinate with the kitchen during service Handle guest concerns and make shift-level decisions Reinforce service, cleanliness and closing standards Complete nightly POS/cash closeout and secure the restaurant What We're Looking For Leadership experience in restaurants, hospitality or another fast-paced food-service environment Experience supervising a shift, team or operation Calm, organized and decisive under pressure Strong communication and hospitality instincts Reliable and comfortable taking responsibility for the restaurant through close Evening and weekend availability Full-service restaurant experience is preferred, but not required. Strong leadership, judgment and the ability to learn matter more to us than a specific restaurant background. Nhau has fewer than 50 seats and a hands-on management structure. You'll work directly with the owner and kitchen leadership and have meaningful responsibility without layers of management. There is opportunity for increased responsibility as Nhau grows and our next concept, SAN, opens next door.
Pay:
$28-$32/hour, based on experience. If you've successfully led people in a busy food-service environment and are ready for more responsibility, we'd like to meet you.
