Duties Oversee daily food service operations, ensuring smooth shift management and excellent customer service. Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver top-tier food quality and hospitality standards. Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies, stock rotation, and minimizing waste. Supervise food preparation and cooking processes to maintain consistency and compliance with safety standards. Utilize POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for accurate cash handling, order processing, and sales tracking. Enforce food safety protocols, including proper food handling, sanitation practices, and adherence to health regulations. Assist with budgeting, profit and loss analysis, and implementing cost-control measures to optimize restaurant performance. Skills Proven experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments with strong leadership capabilities. Skilled in food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management. Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS for efficient transaction processing. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally. Strong team management skills including staff training, interviewing, and supervising hospitality teams. Knowledge of food safety management practices and food handling regulations. Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, inventory counts, and financial analysis. Experience in managing hospitality operations such as casual dining or catering is a plus.
