The Crew Leader will assist in the development of the team, drive profitability and deliver unparalleled hospitality. The ideal candidate must lead with operational excellence and exceptional service, as well as uphold all brand standards.CREW LEADER ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Interacts with crew members and customers using 'Tropitude' (Tropitude is our "mojo" and means having energy and creating a positive atmosphere).
- Delivers unparalleled hospitality to each customer.
- Has knowledge and proficiency in each position within the café.
- Has successfully completed the Café Basics and Certified Trainer Programs.
Pay:
$15.00- $18.
